The insecurity that can come with skin tags is super real and getting them removed by a dermatologist and not falling under insurance coverage is just too expensive. I was really hesitant about this device but it does what it's intended to with very mild discomfort. My only advice would be to make sure you get all around the base of the tag and work your way up, it make take more than one treatment. Take care of your skin well to aid the healing process.

It hurts but if you want your moles gone just deal with it it's worth it. Thought about spending hundreds with dermatologist glad I didn't. I used aspercreme to numb some of the pain. Follow up with Vaseline twice daily. Make sure not to wet area for 48 hours after. instructions were clear and standard with step by step directions. Every pregnancy I had moles have formulated, which I didn't appreciate, so I'm thankful for this and its affordable.

I have sun spots (some raised some flat) from years of tanning. This pen removed some completely and significantly faded others. I have always been really self conscious about these spots, so to have a solution without spending hundreds of dollars is so amazing. It’s also really easy to use.

I needed a cheaper option than a dermatologist. I decided to search google. Found Dermaology and tried there pen and decided to give it a go. Penciled in a hour on my calendar to take care of it. Watched a few videos on YouTube from actual dermatologist using pens. With minimal pain I was cherry angioma free. I waited a month to see if it would grow back and it never did. I do recommend this pain!

I have a lot of freckles and age spots being fair skinned with strawberry blonde hair. This really allowed my dark spots to fade and be eliminated. It is super Easy to use and cheaper than a dermatologist or cosmetologist fee/visit. I highly recommend for the value of money & comfort.

While this device is very effective it is also pretty aggressive. My approach on my first use was to have it set at roughly 50% (5). Do not start there. It will hurt.
Start at 1 and work your way up depending on your situation.
It has effectively removed the skin tags and moles I was targeting on level 1. I blasted a wart on one of my hands at level 2 and it still smoked and burned the skin noticeably. It was mildly painful, but very effective.
This is a very useful tool if used on the appropriate setting.
Be a little patient, use two or three applications and you will be very satisfied.
I will continue using this product as long as it is available. It gets the job done if you can handle a little discomfort. WELL WORTH ITS PRICE IN MY OPINION.

So happy that I finally found this! Going to the doctor or just like someone off of Groupon it cost like $10 a mole or skin tag which is crazy if you have a lot! You really shouldn’t be removing moles though with this , A dermatologist should be removing the moles and sending them to the lab to make sure they’re not cancerous. I read a lot of reviews saying there’s no clear directions, and there’s not, but it’s pretty self-explanatory. YouTube a video and you can see how people use their‘s. When you are using this it’s like a little burn and you should not be like dragging it down. Put the needle at the base of the skin tag and just poke it it , Kind of like soldering !

This product is great. It worked very well and I'm surprised how quick it was to setup.
The instructions come on a very small piece of paper but the directions were very straight forward. Because you can use this product on all sorts of skin needs, I was a little hesitant to just jump in. Luckily, I found a video online that explained everything and it shows that indeed, the steps to use this were as simple as the instructions explained. I think there should be an example given for reference. Beyond this...fantastic. Thanks!

I have been wanting to have my DPN removed for several years. I used this pen to do it myself, and I love the results. I watched a few YouTube videos and was confident it was simple enough. I did buy a numbing cream, but it wasn't worth the hassle and I was able to manage the discomfort. I didn't want to remove everything because I wanted to "still look like me". I basically worked on the most prominent DPNs. I don't believe my healing is typical, but with my aftercare, the burns had lightened significantly. By the third day, it was barely noticeable.
If you are on the fence regarding the process or the product, I hope this review helps. I have already recommended it to several friends. I wish I would have tried this sooner. I am so happy I didn't pay hundreds of dollars to have them removed.
